? DAILY STREAK A Codedex lesson a day, no exceptions. The crew's shared streak counter is the one stat nobody wants to be the reason resets.
? BOSS: REFACTOR Monthly cleanup pass on the shared codebase — cutting dead code, renaming mystery variables, and retiring anything named "temp2."
? SIDE QUEST Each member picks one new language or tool to poke at outside their main class, then reports back to the party.
